Positive Coaching Alliance
We believe that great coaches do more than teach the game- they help shape confident, respectful, and resilient young people. Through our partnership with the Positive Coaching Alliance, we provide coaches with tools and resources to create an encouraging, athlete-centered environment. By emphasizing effort, teamwork, sportsmanship and personal growth, we help ensure every child has a positive experience while developing a lifelong love of sports.

We work directly with our coaches to schedule practices based on gym availability, coach schedules, and team needs. Families do not pay an additional practice fee.
GYA also provides coaches with practice resources, drills, and game-day guidance to help them feel prepared and give players a great experience.
You don’t have to be a professional coach—just bring your time, energy, and willingness to make a difference!
