This league will follow AIA rules and guidelines, providing athletes with the same style of play, rules, and competitive experience they see during the regular high school flag football season.

Quick League Details

  • Eligibility: High School Girls (Grades 9–12)

  • Stadium Experience: All varsity division games are played on the main high school stadium field under stadium lighting, complete with scoreboard operation and spectator seating. All JV division games will be played on the practice field.
  • Streamlined Match Timing: Capped 1-hour fast-paced game blocks (running clock format) featuring four 12-minute quarters with a 5-minute halftime.
  • Team-Provided Gear: Teams supply their own matching school/club jerseys and standard triple-threat flag belts.
